I actually was very pleased with this purchase, unfortunately my 3 year old has a balance issue and it probably wouldve been a good idea to have him to learn to ride a bike before getting this, so sadly I had to return it to the store

I would recommend this ONLY as a starter bike for a toddler under 50 lbs. my biggest complaint is that the charge barely lasts. It’s perfect for my 3 year old who is 30 lbs but I wouldn’t suggest it for 50+ lbs or over 4’ tall. It’s lightweight and goes slow enough to be a starter.

Awesome little dirt bike! Pretty fast when fully charged, charge lasts a little while! My just turned 7 son loves riding it. He is small for his age which I think helps. One of his friends, who is a year or two older, came around on a regular gas powered dirt bike to race and there was no competition, my son got smoked! Lol. That’s just fine with me though, because I don’t know if I’m ready for all that power (danger) for him just yet! Maybe next year… For now this dirtbike worked out just perfectly!

This thing is pretty great! Definitely not a cheap piece of plastic. I will say that I don't think it would be great for the recommended 7 year old. My 30 some pound, almost 5 year old fits it perfectly and the speed it just right. My daughter is 7, and 40 some pounds and you can tell it already starts to struggle and slow down.

Very happy with this purchase. The quality is solid, it works exactly as described, and it’s been easy to use right out of the box. Everything feels well-made and dependable, and it’s clearly designed with real users in mind. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable option, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this brand again.

My 8 year old daughter loves it! Only downfall is the short ride time, we will eventually look into upgrading battery to get more ride time. But my daughter rides it better than a bicycle with training wheels, good power for beginners. Easy to use and learn, my daughter picked it up pretty quick. Good quality. We're happy with our purchase.

Amazing, super fun to use for the little ones, pretty fast but not too fast just the perfect speed.

The truth is, 12 volts is just not enough. You could overvolt this bike by replacing the lead acid battery with a power tool battery. You can buy power tool receivers that act as a power supply and you can install it right into your child's toy along with the power tool battery. That way you can swap out the batteries when they go low. You can charge them quickly on a speed charger. I have found 18 Volt Ryobi batteries that contain nine amp hours for as low as $30 on Amazon. This would be a huge upgrade for this bike. You would need to buy the ryobi adapter receiver, which generally run about $7 apiece. And when you include the $30 battery it's a pretty good upgrade. Especially if you get a couple of batteries. Otherwise, I would suggest finding a bike that already has a lithium battery. Lead acid is very heavy and is susceptible to damage. If the child uses the bike as intended the battery will be destroyed quickly. We chose to return these bikes and have replaced them with bikes that have lithium batteries and other upgrades such as suspension and higher voltage. For about the same money we were able to find a bike that has 36 Volts with a lithium battery and a true throttle which is not just an on/off switch.

I works well but unfortunately we didn’t expect it to be as small as it is. It was a birthday purchase for my 7 yr old grandson. Returning it tomorrow to find something a little bigger.

Perfect for my kids ages 4-6. Bike was easy to assemble and charge. Battery last about 45 mins. We bought the bike for my kids to learn to balance and ride before we upgrade to bigger.

My son loves his bike he’s 7yrs old I only got this smaller one to see how he’ll do on a bigger one but he’s never get off of it. The only complaint I have is the charger, I do suggest the getting a warranty!!! And super easy to put together!!
