    My toddler destroyed my Sony remote so I ordered this as a replacement, I was searching for a universal remote I can use with other devices but I was frustrated with it I chucked it aside and ordered a new remote within days

    Really good product! Only complaint is that it randomly disconnects from the tv and requires a code for it to connect again. Not a real hassle, just keep the code list that comes with the packaging.
