    Needed a remote to replace my mom's broken universal remote, but it turned out it just needed the code reentered to connect/talk to the tv, and I only used the code provided with the new remote. Decided to keep it in case she breaks or needs another one down the road.

    Not special just another universal remote at the end of the day I had to call LG and get the original remote because this remote just didn't open up certain things on my TV, but this remote will still be used for other TV cant give a bad review it did work.

    Really good product! Only complaint is that it randomly disconnects from the tv and requires a code for it to connect again. Not a real hassle, just keep the code list that comes with the packaging.
