    I lost my TV remote & the only way to turn it off & on is by a remote. As for changing from one setting like HDMI1 to HDMI2 I don’t know. Since I only use HDMI1 on my TV it work great so why try something that might mess it up.

    It works but I wish I had purchased the Samsung remote as this one is missing a couple of things. Nothing too important but I liked them on my old remote. I would, however, absolutely recommend this remote.

      Shelzy, this remote can control most major smart TV brands once programmed with the correct TV code using the included setup steps. Repeating the process with alternate codes for your specific brand typically resolves connection issues when the first code entered isn’t the match for that TV model.
