    I recomend if you lose or damage the original remote to buy this one it's a good size and it even comes with a light button so you can see the buttons in the dark and it's easy to program it to your devices

    I am currently using this with 2 devices. It is very user friendly. I don't care to much for the back light. But it works really well. The instruction are very clear and understandable.

    Nothing fancy about this remote, but it does exactly what it is intended to do. I was able to pair it to my sister-in-laws tv for her without issue.

    This universal remote works as it was expected. It was easy to pair with code and all buttons work fine. I still need to figure out how to use Netflix with it. Great product for the price.

    The remote was easy to program but only some of the features on the remote worked once it was programmed. I was able to replay and rewind, but not advance or fast forward. Best Buy refused to refund the purchase price as I didn't try to return the remote until 66 days after purchase.

      Hi Lynn – We do not set return policies; these are determined by Best Buy. For proper operation, please make sure the remote is set to the correct source/device. All universal remotes may not provide every function available as did your original remote, be sure to try all the codes listed in the manual. A different code can sometimes add more features than a previous code.

    This is a very basic universal remote, but for the price it is worth 4 stars. it only supports 3 devices being programmed at a time.

    The remote for my Apex TV stopped working. I bought a universal replacement from another store and couldn't get it to work. In purchased this one at Best Buy and it worked with the first code I put in. Very happy with it.

    Worked well with all my devices. I had no trouble setting it up and the buttons are easy to use. The light is a nice added feature too. I like that I now have one remote and can put the rest in a drawer. Worth the $ just for that!
