    Best buy would not replace the Samsung remote. They recommended an RCA $12 remote do not buy this remote. Take your $12 and put it torward the exact remote that comes with your tv, you'll be so much happier. For me now Best Buy will be the last place i purchase anything.

      Hello Sebagoguy - Universal remotes are designed to work with most major brands, including Samsung, but they may not offer every advanced feature found on an original equipment (OEM) remote.

    Remote worked fine but had to return since TV only worked with original remote. TV was purchased out of box so it also had to be returned.

    Had the exact same remote so thought it would be easy to use. Still having issues with getting it linked to my devices, Roku, DVD. Seems to work ok with the TV.

    works good. I just wish all remotes keys were in the smae location so you are not trying to figure out where the keys are if you dont have the lights on

    Elderly relative lost remote in move. We found this at Best Buy it was preprogramed for her specific TV which was great. Have not heard any complaints.
