It works (kinda)

Some thing get really wonky with Disney+ where we can't easily back out to the menu. And, pressing home goes to the default TV station. I guess we got what we paid for.

Great Remote Control

Doesn't stay connected

They got it working for about 2 hours and then disconnected again. So no one has had any luck in connecting this control to my LG tv. 3 peopl ehave tried and all have the same result. It works for a couple of hours and then requires re-pairing. Def. not worth the nmoney.

Posted .Hi Battymom – We're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had. Based on what you described, one common issue could be the source selection. This remote requires you to press the correct device button (TV, SAT/CBL, STRM, or AUX) before use, which tells it which device you're trying to control. If this step is missed, it may seem like the remote has disconnected or stopped working. This model doesn’t use Bluetooth, so once programmed, it shouldn't require any re-pairing.
