    This product did not sync with my TV. Not sure if it was the cable connection interference, but I couldn't make it work. Returned the item.

Audio components like older Sony CD systems aren’t listed among supported devices in either the packaging or online details. For the best user experience, always refer to the supported device list before purchasing any universal remote.

    Well made, but will not work on any LG TV that uses the colored buttons on the main menu, as they are not on this remote.

    This universal remote was purchased because my dog chewed my tv remote beyond use. Unfortunately, if you have a smart tv, this doesn't do a whole lot of good if you use apps on your tv like Hulu or Netflix. Otherwise it is ok.

    Colored Streaming buttons a plus for transition from Roku remote to a universal remote. Need to press cursor arrows on circular ring with thumbnail to get good contact for cursor action. The few backlit buttons provide little value for night use.

    I needed a replacement remote for my tv so I came across this one I had some bestbuy cash to redeem and this one was the cheapest some of the features like the back button doesn’t work with my which makes for a difficult time when I need to back out of a program such as YouTube and others I wouldn’t buy again it’s a cheap poor quality remote.
