Had to replace my old one for new one wear out cause it broke

This is just a solid, no-frills remote control. Works fine with the devices I paired it with.

The power button on the remote doesn't seem to work well with our Insignia TV. So far, all other functions work as they should.

It's bulky and too long for someone with small hands.

This remote does what I need it to do, controlling different devices with one controller. However, I wish all the buttons were backlit, they are hard to see in low light and not always where I think they should be.

Purchased this for my smart TV. Wanted for for my smart hub function. Unfortunately, the smart button does not work. I have to access through the menu button. I now use for the other room since I've now gotten a logitech remote.

it does its job, good quality universal remote got it with an open box that did not have remote.

I purchased this remote to communicate with two devices (TV and BlueRay player). Cheaper remotes are single device only. The use of this remote is in our master bedroom where light level is normally low. I was not impressed by the "partial remote" light up documented on the packaging. The only buttons that light up are the D-pad making the light up feature pretty much useless. Unfortunately, BestBuy didn't have another mid level option available. Their stock only had a remote that was twice as expensive. I would have had better luck at Wal-Mart and probably paid a little less for a remote that fully lit up with 2 device function.

I dig the mac. Works very well, love not having a noisey fan to cool the laptop like my previous one.
