IT's for my office. Easy setup and use. I use it to turn on the TV and volume control as I watch ROKU

This remote was free because the open boxed tv I brought did not have one, which was not stated. The remote is comfortable to hold but it doesn't work well with the LG 4K tv that I purchased. It doesn't allow me to work the menu or tv settings. I had to go through about 20 codes just to get it to turn the tv on. Great remote. It just doesn't work well with this tv.

This did not work and I was not able to return it.

I guess this is not a universal remote since it didn’t work on my receiver. Ended up returning it.

It didn't work on the Westinghouse tv, I bought from Best Buy

I don’t have any complaints with its functionality, once you can get it firgured out. The only drawback is the unintuitive complicated set up process for programming the thing. I doubt most people will comit to memorizing each of different ways or in the correct order of steps needed to do it. Save your instructions.

the unit is o.k.. i had order it as curd side pick-up but was not able to access the internet.

But who only has three devices these days? Recommend you go for the five-device model. And keep it away from your dog.

Good for the price. Convenient universal remote when you lose yours during a move.

It doesn't come with some features needed for an update tv. But It can help if you don't have a choice.

its a good controller, but not all button function for my smart tv which sucks. Better for a reg HD/led tv or others products.

The staff told me this would work with my TV when it fact it didn't the staff should be fired as well

I was concerned about the factory remote but discovered it was much better than expected. I returned this remote.

Not easy to use, buttons are too small and some function locking

I was disappointed that this remote didn't work with my philips vcr/dvd combo player. it synced with the dvd player but not the vcr...

It is not as simple as the direction suggest. However once connected it works great!

I tried to use this with a Samsung flat screen TV and a Toshiba DVD player. The remote works with the Samsung TV, but could not program it to work with the Toshiba DVD player. I tried the Codes included with the instructions of the remote. Also, tried the codes on the RCA website, but it still did not recognize the DVD player. I had to return it.

Unfortunately, this remote stopped working in a couple of months.
