    Clicker was ok but you can't do 15.1 you need to do 15 and then go up.

    Directions were difficult to follow and customers are unable to get telephone support. I will have to pay Best Buy Geek Squad to come out to set up the remote control. Very disappointing! Had I know this, I would not have purchased this particular product.
