Worse service I ever received!

Ordered 1 month ago and it’s been sitting in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Have had 2 different tracking numbers assigned to my order and both times NEVER left the store!

Real cheap can’t be too mad

Once again... didn't happen. The female sales associate said "drop it by" When I told her i have trouble walking and a car service would be at least $30. could she please send a shipping label . Her response was you don't qualify.... "just get her when you can. Well. That's that Best Buy ... there are better customer oriented stores.

Don't Bother

Save yourself the aggravation and buy a more sophisticated unit, unless you simply want to use it to power a single device whose remote has become lost.
