Easy to program for both TV and DVD player. Works good for TV but has a delayed response to the older DVD player. Overall good cheap remote option

This is your typical universal remote. We needed it to control a sound bar and it just does not have that capability (even though a misinformed BB consultant said it did). We returned it for a different brand and model.

Must be a good device but couldn't set to change HDMI to Tv et al because couldn't pair with my Insignia. People from the store couldn't either help me. Keep trying was the advice. Returned it.

I was hoping to use this for an older TV in order to change from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 because the buttons are broken, but it doesn't work. It only turns on/off the TV and can increase/decrease the volume.

I bought this on the advice of an associate to be the single remote for a little TV in my office. I wanted to bypass using my Roku remote, and switch input when I wanted antenna TV. I asked those questions specifically and he recommended this remote. My granddaughter and her boyfriend (tech savvy) could not program it for the Roku. They followed ALL directions and possibilities in the instructions plus tried some online hints. No luck. I also couldn’t seem to pick up any local signals. I’m returning the remote.

Very low quality remote. If you are able to look at it out of the box before buying you will see what i mean. Backlight is only for directional pad and power buttons. Not on whole remote so what is the point?

People at Best Buy said there would be no problem getting it to connect. No one in my house could get remote to connect to DVD player.

Bought three of these. The salesperson said it work great with my Roku stick, but it didn't. The stick uses a wireless input. This controller can only put out an infrared signal. When I took them back, another person said that it only works with the set-top Roku box. Best Buy really needs to train their sales people better.

Works pretty well. The round selector thing is a little hard to use sometimes, though.

Took a lot to get it to hook up to my tv. Then it works for a day had to do the hole thing again. Tossed it and got a new one working good now.

Hard to progtam to samsung smart tv half the buttons didnt work after programming an customer service wasnt very helpful either

I cannot find out how to use this. I feel like wasted a money. I don’t recommend this item who is not expert to electronic devices.

Does not work SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Not only does the remote not work with the TV brands it says it works for, if you try to contact them they do not exist. I tried calling the company that makes these controllers and they have completely removed any type of help regarding these remotes back in 2018. When I tried to call for assistance they told me too bad and then hung up on me. Highly do not recommend purchasing this item.

Tough time programing to Onkyo receiver and to LG tv....bought a cheaper super market remote that was almost instantly programed and had full capablities

After numerous attempts of programming the remote to my new Samsung TV & DirecTV I was unable to have the device operate several functions, such as volume. Very frustrated. I decided to order a new DirecTV remote which also has more functionality. Programming was seamless. Returning the RCA remote.

Is not easy to use, don't performance with my tv much, even is universal but not really. I do not recommend to my friends

Worked for a day and tried multiple days but no luck. i was happy It was within return window and had to return.

My husband purchased this and he could not get it to work. It could be that the TV is an older model, or else operator error! At least it wasn't an expensive attempt to fix the problem.

Meh remote replacement for my tv. Don’t really like the buttons and how the remote feels.

I have a GPX TV/DVD COMBINATION UNIT IT WAS NOT LISTED IT THE CODES of TV 's. I tried contacting the manufacturer but got no help. I'm going to return this item.I have no use for it.
