Difficult to use

good remote for a simple need

Use a smartphone as your remote control.

I was initially sold the wrong remote for fire tv I have an on file there! Then I was sold this and it does not work either...sad

Only 5 back lite keys!

LG remote does not illuminate at night. This remote says it does but it only illuminates 4 or 5 keys. What good is that. This will be a fast return!
