This product is not user friendly and it would not connect to my bluray player. I followed the instructions but it still was not working.

This remote is a total disappointment as a replacement. It only controlled the basic functions of any TV's I've tried to use it on.

Universal remote was easy to program and was working fine, then after a month it died. Warranty specifies the non-working item and proof of purchase receipt must be delivered to an approved Voxx Accessories Corp warranty center for their repair or replacement (if it's a manufacturing defect, which it probably isn't since it worked OK for a while). Too much trouble for a $15 item, I'll just buy another (different brand).

Didn’t work for my tv for what I wanted to. Didn’t have a separate Netflix button.

Best part is this was pre-programmed for my Samsung and you did not have to do anything but point and click.

The package related that this would work up to 30-40 miles and because of where we had to place it in our home it would not work.

It did the job at first but maybe after 6 months, most buttons stopped working. Now just the "input" works.

This item did not meet my needs with regards to streaming viewing so I returned it to BB

I bought this for a basement tv that is not used that much so I wanted something inexpensive. its definitely cheap. It was not easy to program at all. Been too long that I can't return but now I never use it. I prefer to use my 4 remotes then dealing with that one. Spend a little more and get a better one.

I purchased this to control my Blu-Ray player. But, codes provided did not work.

I bought two of these remotes and they do not work. The salesperson said that could work with any brand. They stopped lasted only two weeks. Changed the battery from the best buy brand to energizer and duracell..still nothing. It works when it wants too!!! Dont waste your money!!! Wish I had my receipt so I can get my phone back.

Didn't work with my Westinghouse TV only some channels came in. The rest wouldn't connect to controller.

Okay remote but did not work to bring up Smart TV connections. Have to return since it did not work as needed.

This remote unfortunately did not work with my insignia tv, not sure why considering it’s universal

Easy to program, and worked great. It would be a great plus if all the buttons had a backlight.

Controlled the tv fine but not the roku. Could access tv menu and all functions but nothing on the roku

Remote was ineffective in scanning channels. Not satisfied with this universal remote.

Could not get to program to my TV. Will return to store.

Could be I didn’t know how to work it. But the remote initially worked fine but then did not work.
