My husband purchased this and he could not get it to work. It could be that the TV is an older model, or else operator error! At least it wasn't an expensive attempt to fix the problem.

I have a GPX TV/DVD COMBINATION UNIT IT WAS NOT LISTED IT THE CODES of TV 's. I tried contacting the manufacturer but got no help. I'm going to return this item.I have no use for it.

Is not easy to use, don't performance with my tv much, even is universal but not really. I do not recommend to my friends

Never really worked properly. Very disappointing. I thought it would eliminate the need for multiple remotes - no. Still have to manually handle the TV before using the remote

Going through the steps to set up the remote is very time consuming. I tried several times and still cannot get the remote to control all the basic functions I desire it to.

Meh remote replacement for my tv. Don’t really like the buttons and how the remote feels.

Very low quality remote. If you are able to look at it out of the box before buying you will see what i mean. Backlight is only for directional pad and power buttons. Not on whole remote so what is the point?

I have it connected to a Sony combo VCR/DVD player. It has most functions but several important ones, like "menu", don't work. Not a great device.

After numerous attempts of programming the remote to my new Samsung TV & DirecTV I was unable to have the device operate several functions, such as volume. Very frustrated. I decided to order a new DirecTV remote which also has more functionality. Programming was seamless. Returning the RCA remote.

This connected just fine to my TV, but it really won't let you use any type of device. It will not pick up my sound bar no matter how much i try. You can do 3 devices as long as they are a TV, Streaming or SAT box and a DVR or PVR. It tries to be too smart and you can't even get 2 tvs to work without hiccups. If you are trying to use those 3 types of devices it may be ok for you, otherwise, get something else.

Although it said it works with most tvs, it didn't work with ours. Best Buy did allow us to return it, so that was appreciated.

Was not programming and took it back to the store and of course service here was just as bad .

I had a hard time with programming the remote, once I programmed the first time, I had to continue reprogramming the remote to work with the television.

Purchased this remote because the input function on my tv remote stopped working. However, I get the remote home and the input function of this remote doesn't work.

This remote turns the tv on and off but that’s it. It doesn’t switch from tv to dvd mode. Unless I’m doing something wrong it’s useless to me.

This remote is cheap and has to be pointed directly at the TV. It also has to be very level when pointed at the TV to work. The buttons do not work with ease.

Hard to progtam to samsung smart tv half the buttons didnt work after programming an customer service wasnt very helpful either

Very low quality stopped working after about a week.

I purchased this product for my Aunt. She didn't want to go and mention it until the allowed time to return it had been up...oh well

Now the only thing that works on the remote after a few weeks and I hardly use this TV is the volume and channel. Will not working the fire stick anymore. Save your money this was a bad purchase.
