Works perfect for our new Samsung and very easy to program, still works after our Great Pyrenees got ahold of it.

This was a convenient and quick option that was cost efficient, good working for needed purpose

I purchased it to use a Visio Smart TV due to Purchasing one with out a remote, It was able to turn on the tv and Change inputs, but did not have the ability to use any smart functions or even change major tv settings, but I will say it is great for other devices, and as a quick replacement. but Not meant for Smart TVs post 2014

Remote was easy to set up for directv and my Lg 4K tv. Controls for and changing channels for tv. Good back up remote.

The RCA Universal Remote is sleek and has a useful backlit feature for low-light environments. However, when used with my Insignia TV, its functionality is limited. Only the volume, back, and power buttons work correctly. Surprisingly, the home button doesn't even redirect to the home screen. Potential users should be wary if considering this remote for Insignia TVs.

So I ordered this remote online to pick up in store. Online it said it needs 2 AAA batteries, and it said they are included. I didn't buy batteries because it said there are batteries included. I opened up remote and there are NO batteries included! That is false advertisement! Please fix this! I now have a remote with no batteries and I now need to go another day without.

This remote was insanely easy to program, gives me all the basic features that I need (volume, channel changing, menu, DVD, info options...) and so far works great. The downside: It does state that it comes with batteries and it does NOT. I’m grateful to have read a previous review that stated this so when I ordered it I was able to order batteries too. The backlighting on the key pads is also kind of janky. It only highlights the circle in the center of the remote and the power button. But for an easy, programmable remote control, that is really affordable - a girl can’t complain too much! Would recommend & purchase again.

Good Remote worked right away after a quick setup. Issue I noticed when you are on an app and watching a program and you need to go back to watch another show there is no back option that is available on the original TV remote so if you need to watch you have to start over.

This works really well and was super easy to pair to the television. Would purchase this again.

useful, easy to navigate channels and Netflix battery last long time has a light that can be useful in the dark to change your channels, compatible with my LG tv fast and easy to connect overall is a good remote that will last you a long time, I recommend it.

I got this for a “TV” that turned out to be a computer monitor with no IR receiver that would allow a remote to work with it. Since I was trying to set up something that was never going to work, I ended up using all 3 methods in the instructions to try to get it to work; so if you do need a remote that can connect to multiple audio/video components with relatively easy setup, this will work but make sure the device has the ability to receive the remote signals first ;)

Works as intended. I enjoy the backlight option as the one that came with my tv did not have one. Also, not all functions work with my LG tv
