Problem with TV remote

The sales lady recommended it but it wasn’t capable. Frustrating. Called back and someone I talked to knew the ROKU/TCL Tv that I bought at Best Buy said I had to go online to Amazon to order it

Not the best remote for newer TV’s

I used this to replace the factory remote to at broke. The feature buttons and navigational buttons are not compatible. It was a was of my money.

Doesn't keep it's memory. Creates more trouble than help which defeats the entire purpose of having a single remote. Just throwing away money on things like this.

We do receive feedback from customers who prefer a physically larger remote control over a smaller remote.
