Not working with modern TVs. Tried it with Four TVs in the house but useless.

I purchased two and flowed the instructions and the functions do not all work. Ugh. It just gives me a headache.

Doesn’t always work. It’s like it has a mind of its own.

Horrible service I had to replace Amazon fire tv I bought from your company... it was brought in up in the system but you still messed up but how? I was initially sold the wrong remote for fire tv I have an on file there! Then I was sold this and it does not work either...sad

I got what I paid for with this remote control. It is very old fashioned.

Didn’t work at all didn’t even power on correctly .

This product is not user friendly and it would not connect to my bluray player. I followed the instructions but it still was not working.

Worked for a day and tried multiple days but no luck. i was happy It was within return window and had to return.

This remote is a total disappointment as a replacement. It only controlled the basic functions of any TV's I've tried to use it on.

Universal remote was easy to program and was working fine, then after a month it died. Warranty specifies the non-working item and proof of purchase receipt must be delivered to an approved Voxx Accessories Corp warranty center for their repair or replacement (if it's a manufacturing defect, which it probably isn't since it worked OK for a while). Too much trouble for a $15 item, I'll just buy another (different brand).

Was hoping this would work with the new LG because the LG remote is so crappy. LG remote does not illuminate at night. This remote says it does but it only illuminates 4 or 5 keys. What good is that. This will be a fast return!

The package related that this would work up to 30-40 miles and because of where we had to place it in our home it would not work.

Best part is this was pre-programmed for my Samsung and you did not have to do anything but point and click.

It did the job at first but maybe after 6 months, most buttons stopped working. Now just the "input" works.

Didn’t work for my tv for what I wanted to. Didn’t have a separate Netflix button.

I purchased this to control my Blu-Ray player. But, codes provided did not work.

This item did not meet my needs with regards to streaming viewing so I returned it to BB

Didn't work with my Westinghouse TV only some channels came in. The rest wouldn't connect to controller.

Okay remote but did not work to bring up Smart TV connections. Have to return since it did not work as needed.

I bought this for a basement tv that is not used that much so I wanted something inexpensive. its definitely cheap. It was not easy to program at all. Been too long that I can't return but now I never use it. I prefer to use my 4 remotes then dealing with that one. Spend a little more and get a better one.
