This universal remote did not work well with my Roku Heinsense TV.. Can someone help me get the remote I need

Not a lighted remote!

Was supposed to be backlit, however you can’t see the digits. Disappointed, but did not pay much for it. Don’t buy if you want to see numbers or words on remote in the dark.

Didn't have the time to get a replacement and in meantime I got Netflix. Maybe I don't need this remote devise at all for a DVD/VCR as I am enjoying the other easier options made available to me via Netflix.

Not one other control worked. And it was an RCA TV, the same brand as the remote.

Clunky and uncomfortable

The way the remote is set up is wrong and the buttons are in all the wrong places. It's horribly irritating and I'm looking for a new one.

While our remote control is designed to work with a wide range of TVs, there are some specific models or variations within certain brands that may not be compatible. In some cases, the codes listed in the manual may not work for every TV model within that brand. We highly recommend that you try using the remote control with the Auto Code Search method, which allows the remote control to search for the correct code by sending out all possible codes until it finds the one that works with your TV. Instructions for this method can be found within the user manual.
