I could not navigate the home screen to select my apps. When I finally got Netflix open I couldn’t scroll through the movies. Returned it the next day. Will never buy again

It turned out that I needed to reboot my television and then the remote I had worked fine. Since I only have one device to control, this one wasn’t useful.

You can watch all of themy-Tube video’s, shock I did. And still worked with Geek Squad nobody could help me set up the remote. What a mess!

We tried the codes that came in the instructions and went to the company website. Returned this remote and bought a Logitech.

Nothing else works and I have a Samsung TV which was what it's supposed to be preprogrammed for. The Roku functionality also doesn't work at all.
