Easy set up. Works great with multiple model televisions.

I had to get help to program it but is working great. I had gone without a working remote from Feb to August because Dish told me I had to have THEIR remote, only they didn't have any in stock. My friend check it out online and said, we're going to Best Buy to get you an Universal Remote, it will work. I finally got her son here to program it.

I needed a remote that work with any TV and I found it it was easy to set up and works great

I had 2 remotes that just weren't working right. They were both different brands. The Best Buy employee recommended The RCA. I was concerned that one type of remote would replace 2 different brands. The set up was easy and I was using remotes to operate their different brand TVs. I was able to use a code that made each remote work for the TV that the code was for. I'm back in "business."

Got this to replace a lost remote. Works fine, but one time when I changed my batteries, I had to reprogram it. I had thrown the directions away, but found them online. Works for what we need it for.

We purchased this RCA Universal Remote some time ago but guess it still works and very well, im so glad i was as able to find it because the remote that came with my TV was crap..This one was a good purchase for sure, We still have it and we are definitely using it often, Daily i might add great remote control i do say

Has almost all the DVR functions I want for my AT&T cable box, but no back button for menu navigation. Pretty good for the price though. I also bought an Insignia remote for a few dollars more, and it is a little bit more polished, but functionality is about the same.

We needed a new remote and for $14.99 this works great. it took about 40 tries to program it to find it's own code. the code on the paper listed didn't work.

Had to replace two remotes for various TV's that had been damaged, so went with the RCA model -- for the cost (roughly $15 with taxes) you really can't go wrong. Easy to program and while it's a lower end remote on the cost structure, it's a great purchase for casual users.
