When we saw that the ad said "backlit," we took it for granted that it meant all the keys were backlit, but that's not the case. It's only for the OK key. We were not able to program the other buttons effectively. The feel of the casing and the buttons are not the most comfortable, plus small, but it serves it's purpose as we wanted remote with number buttons.

This remote works fabulous on my Inginia tv...initially I thought I would be able to control two tv’s with this but I was wrong. As soon as I programmed another tv, I couldn’t use it on the first one. So now I have to purchase another remote

This is a great value to get a universal remote. I bought this so my Dad could control the TV while he was in a hospital because they had covered up the buttons to control the inputs. Since this remote is pre-programmed for a Samsung TV, we were able to immediately change the input so he could stream TV over a Roku that he had plugged in. Worked great.

The instructions were easy to follow; the remote was easy to set up and I have had no problems.

I went to Best Buy looking for a universal remote since the remote that came with my TV just died. Most of the reviews I had seen were for units costing from $60 to over $200. I was pleasantly surprised when the guy showed me the simple unit needed for only about $15.00

Followed the salesman's recommendation. Easy to set up with my LG 4K TV. Fair price.

I purchased this remote to replace a broken remote. It did take a while to find a compatible code (the suggested codes did not work on the TV). I used the automated feature, and it was eventually able to find the code.

I bought this universal remote because my Vizio TV required an updated control and can I say easy to connect to my tv clear instructions everything, just as I thought I was about to dump out the VIZIO I didn’t have to all thanks to this snazzy remote!

The Universal remote is good but I like the remote that came with the tv better. It may be just that I'm used to the original. This remote is very similar so it was easy to adapt to it.

I recently acquired a TV from work. It's not too old. 2014 Sony to be exact. 32 inches. I needed a remote and bestbuy is a 5 minutes drive from my house. I stopped in, got some opinions. And went with this bad boy. It's nice that I can control my roku with it!

The remote works for our tv. It's a bit confusing to work if you don't know much about tech cause my sister tried to set it up herself but couldn't. I was able to do it with no issues. Overall not bad works great for our tv.

My samsung tv remote quit working and we needed a replacement because our tv only has an on button. We bought this remote and to our surprise it worked on our tv right out the package.
