When my present remote broke, I needed to immediately find a quality replacement at a good price. A trip to my local BB store turned up this remote and my problem was solved. This remote worked perfectly and BB comes through again.

Syncing was easy and worked well with my new TV even if it's not the same brand.

Easy to set up,works great,has options to add devices

In the hustle and bustle of moving we lost the controller for our DVR/Blue Ray player; I was not looking for anything complicated, I just wanted to have a basic controller that allows mew to use my player. The controller was simple, with an easy set-up and under two minutes I was able to control the player.

First time using a universal remote again in a long time. I was skeptical at first since these remotes can be a hit or miss but it worked pretty good. So definitely recommend this.

This remote was excellent it is literally put the batteries in and point it at the tv!!! It worked!! So easy!!

Only issue I have is that the go back button doesn’t work. Not sure why but every other button works fine.

I bought this to supplement the remote that came with my LG C1 OLED television. None of the codes gave me full functionality (either the back button worked, or the home button worked, but never both with the same code). Everything else seems to work okay. The remote is lighter than I would prefer, and there are no tactile guides on the buttons to find them in the dark.

I bought this remote for a friend who is in a local nursing home. The remote that came with TV had some failing switches. This one was easy to program and has worked perfectly for him. Thanks, Best Buy.

The RCA remote was recommended by the store associate for using with my Insignia TV. It did everything needed including getting to the menu for set up purposes on my model. You would have thought that the Insignia remote would be better but I was assured this was the one I wanted. There was no price difference..

I lost my original remote for my Vizio flatscreen. Didn’t want to spend too much money in case I end up dining it so I purchased the RCA universal remote and it works perfect. I would recommended this to my family and friends...

When I misplaced and couldn't find our original TV remote I was upset. I went to Best Buy where I had purchased our TV and inquired about an original replacement which was not possible. So I picked up an RCA universal remote and was delighted when it worked as well as the original remote.
