I had no major problems the remote did what remotes do and served it purpose. It was easy to program and very durable.

Needed a replacement remote when some buttons on the cable remote stopped working. Good temporary solution.

Excellent universal remote. Extremely easy universal remote it fit the purposes we needed.

Works for both our TV's. Easy set up. Codes for many types of TV's. We have Insignia here.

Does most of what our actual DirecTV remote does, it works great. Our only issue is that it doesn't have a button to get to the "List" of DVR recordings like our DirecTV remote does. You can get to the list, but it takes a few buttons - so we "still" have to use our DirecTV remote control for quick access (1 button) to our recorded listing.

Bought this for my mother because her original controller broke. Fired it up, input the code, and worked right out of the box. Very happy!

Bought a random TV at a thrift store with a brand name I'd never seen before (sceptre), it wasn't listed on the back but sure enough inside there was a a code for my tv and it worked.

After you get use to not having the (.) to use to get to the off channels ie, 10.2 or 8.3 it’s really a pretty good remote. Adapt once you buy.

We could not find the remote for our Sony Blue Ray player. Purchased this remote and it worked very well. Was not very expensive either.

It was easy for a 88 year old man to use but he would of liked it more if it had lighted numbers. He was happy with the size.

The purchase not a problem. Very nice with customer service. The only that was wrong was the remote was defective.

I bought it to work with an LG television with an attached sound bar. It worked fine to change channels and control sound volume on the TV but it would not adjust the volume on a properly connected sound bar. I tried all the LG TV codes it provided but none worked. I checked internet videos and none helped. So, unfortunately I had to return it.

Only remote I found that would work with my Dish network. It took some work to get it to sync but once done works well. Only thing could be more direction on what keys did what. Took a lot of experimenting on buttons vs Dish commands. And once figured out, takes a lot of my feeble memory to remember them. But it does work fine.

I bought this for my brother and he said it was easy to program to his television. It said it could program up to 3 devices, but he hasn't programmed anything else to it yet. He said it was very good.

Works great as a replacement remote for a TCL tv. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the backlight is only the circle section and it would be nice to have a few other normally used buttons to be backlit.

Bought to use with our new Samsung tv it works great, user friendly. I was hesitant because it was the cheapest, but it was a good choice! Yes, our TV came with a remote, but we like 2 in a room.

Had a new TV in the kitchen attached to a cable box. This allowed me to not have to use two remotes, just one. It was pretty easy to hook up too!
