My smart TV remote died. I bought this one. It was easy to set up and worked without issue.

Basic universal remote that was easy to setup. If you have a Samsung TV, then this will work right off the box.

Bought a random TV at a thrift store with a brand name I'd never seen before (sceptre), it wasn't listed on the back but sure enough inside there was a a code for my tv and it worked.

Using the clearly written instructions provided, I was able to program the remote for my 15 year old Toshiba to in under 10 minutes. All the features work flawlessly, I only wish the entire remote was backlit and not just the DVD controls.

The salesperson recommeded this remote for a spare tv we have. It works fine for basic functions. I would upgrade to a different one if we needed to use the remote every day.

Inexpensive, easy to setup and use. Still haven't figured everything out, but it turns in the TV and provides the basic functions, when you have lost the factory remote.

This remote works great and was so easy to set up. Set up time on my JVC tv was only about five minutes. As a bonus the price was right too!

This is a good standard universal remote for any tv. Finding the right code was a bit annoying, but other than that it was good once we got it to pair with our tv.

It was the cheapest remote offered. So far, I'm happy with it, it does what I want which is to turn up and down the volume, and turn on and off the television.

purchase process was seamless however it was only this way because we knew pretty much what we were looking for. When we did have specific questions nobody was available to guide and/or answer them.
