I've owned this tool for approximately one month. I would recommend it to anyone; especially those who have a difficult time using technology. Easy to set up and is used with the smart Roku television.

The Geek Squad set this up so I only have one remote for the TV, DVR and the BluRay player. Saves batteries in all remotes... The battery life could be longer...I guess it eats up batteries...But nice to only have to use one remote!

Not great with LG TVs. Does not seem to unlock a lot of my smart TV's functionality. It is backlit, but only the center dial, so you are still having to scramble to find other buttons in the dark.

This remote was super easy to set-up. It connected with no issues.

Very simple to use. Pretty self explanatory. We have a RCA TV so we didnt even have to find the right programing it just worked from the beging.

This is a really good remote! And very easy to program. I have been using it for a 1 1/2 months now. And I'm so glad I purchased it. Plus the price is right. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

We had to by a new remote for our ROKO TV, Our dog ate the one that came with the TV, So we bought the RCA remote, it was the lowest price remote if I remember right, any who to my surprise it was really easy to program to our TV and works really well.

I have an old Samsung LCD TV, over 10 years and the remote worked right out of the package. No programming at all. I'm not saying that will be the case with all models, but my old $80 Logitech couldn't do that. Remote also controls my Roku.

I just cut the cord from cable TV and had to return the remote controls to Dish. Of course I couldn't find the original one that cam with the TV so I had to purchase this and it is perfect. Even has a 'sleep' button that my old one didn't have.

My grandpa broke his remote from an old old t.v and this remote works great. Grandpa loves this remote.

I buy these remotes in bulk because my dogs tend to find them and chew them to shreds. I like this remote because it is extremely affordable ($9-$15) and I like where the volume and channel buttons are positioned. Just keep them away from your pets...
