Great product for a replacement cable remote. Works very well and easy to program with the manufacturer codes. Great value and works great!

If you are looking for a low cost replacement remote, this one will do the job well. Programming was simple, took a few code entries for rhe TV but not terribly long. Great that it works with Roku. Overall very happy with the device and price.

After all these years just using a. Comcast. Or Verizon remote for the TV in their box I wanted to change. Settings. Couldn't find the original remote.

Pretty easy to use and setup. Compatible with Insignia TV. Lost config a couple of times but easy enough to reprogram

I recomend if you lose or damage the original remote to buy this one it's a good size and it even comes with a light button so you can see the buttons in the dark and it's easy to program it to your devices

My remoter buttons all faded off so I could not read them this remote it large and easy to read.

Nice remote. Easy to set up device. But some functions do not work as they say. I guess it just takes a learning curve to figure out what button does what. Miss my original remote as it was so much easier to get to where I want.

This universal remote works as it was expected. It was easy to pair with code and all buttons work fine. I still need to figure out how to use Netflix with it. Great product for the price.

This is a very basic universal remote, but for the price it is worth 4 stars. it only supports 3 devices being programmed at a time.

We've needed this remote for quite a while. Glad we came to Best Buy. Works great. Programing was a little tough. Ha! Ha!

Easy set up and usage, connected to my tv easily !!

The remote for my Apex TV stopped working. I bought a universal replacement from another store and couldn't get it to work. In purchased this one at Best Buy and it worked with the first code I put in. Very happy with it.

Worked well with all my devices. I had no trouble setting it up and the buttons are easy to use. The light is a nice added feature too. I like that I now have one remote and can put the rest in a drawer. Worth the $ just for that!

I have had no remote for my Toshiba TV for about a year and wace. using my direct tv remote but it would always have an issue . I purchase this remote and it was easy and quick to program and has had no issues.

A battery exploded in my old TV remote so I had to run out and get a new one. PRO: Ease of programming, mostly aesthetically pleasing appearance. CON: BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED. CON: Backlight only limited to circular dial in center and nowhere else. CON: You can program it to control your Roku but in my experience you won't entirely get the same functionality you get with the standard Roku remote--I struggled with closing Roku apps (Sling, Pluto, PBS) with this remote and just gave up and decided I'll continue to fumble with three remotes: This one for the TV, the Roku remote, and the remote for my Vizio soundbar (not programmable in this remote). It'll do other than that. Will still recommend this item.
