    This is a good universal remote. We have learned to use it with help from a younger person. However, we still do not know how to click on a channel to get info about the line up of shows for the evening like we can on our regular tv remote.

    After a couple of tries I was able to set it up to my TV to get it to turn off and on. Have not been able to get the TV to do anything else even when I disconnected the cable.
