    I have a Toshiba television connected to a cable box and I am having a hard time getting this remote to function fully with them. It could very well be me "user error" but I am frustrated. I have put in the correct code as it will turn the television on and off - but it won't communicate at all with the cable box. So i will continue to research how to get it functioning properly. It should not be this difficult, as I have used other brand universal remotes in the past and they were extremely simple to program and use.

    Good value for the price. Auto-link feature successful with my RCA TV [was not linked out of the box]. Once linked, however, the volume and channel controls were reversed.
