I do not think much of remote controls. I expect one to function to allow me to change the channels and whatnot. Does this remote get the job done? yes. Is it easy to set up? Yes. Would I recommend it? Of course. It gets the job done and it is easy to set up. What more could a person ask? However, the downside is that it does not have a decimal button; if you are like me and rely on over the air television signals, it is difficult to change the channel.

A battery exploded in my old TV remote so I had to run out and get a new one. PRO: Ease of programming, mostly aesthetically pleasing appearance. CON: BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED. CON: Backlight only limited to circular dial in center and nowhere else. CON: You can program it to control your Roku but in my experience you won't entirely get the same functionality you get with the standard Roku remote--I struggled with closing Roku apps (Sling, Pluto, PBS) with this remote and just gave up and decided I'll continue to fumble with three remotes: This one for the TV, the Roku remote, and the remote for my Vizio soundbar (not programmable in this remote). It'll do other than that. Will still recommend this item.

Great price, simple and everything I needed it to be-- a replacement remote that still has all the functions I need it to have (works well with the insignia TV I bought it for)

It does what it said and it replaces broken remote that came with tv. Nothing fancy but it works and it cheep in price.

I bought this to replace my original TV remote that just quit working. So far, it works great and does everything the original one did and more. Price was good also.

Works as advertised. Easy to set up with clear directions and multiple set up options. My only problem was it would not control closed captioning feature of our LG set. Purchased to replace control we couldn't find after moving. Finally found original remote, problem solved. Otherwise it works perfectly.

Not worth the buy, getting one matching the brand of your TV. Connected to LG TV and a lot of the buttons do not work, not because the controller itself doesn't work but I'm guessing the software doesn't match, tried different codes and in every code there was some features in the controller that didn't work, back button, menu, channel list, etc. Don't buy, get a brand that matches the TV.

Easy to program with newer TVs, it doesn’t have all the functions of a factory tv remote though. It is a good economic remote if you don’t want to spend a lot for a rental tv atmosphere.

A great 3-device remote for a great price! Setup was easy.

With this new remote I was able to reprogram our TV. Now everything works fine. The old remote was just worn out - had to really press the buttons to make it work. This one works fine! Also, the salesman showed us the remotes and they were like $15 to $45 and my dad said let's try the $15 one and it works great.

This remote works good with my older Vizio TV. It's a great value without spending a lot for features I don't need in a remote.

Bought this to eliminate the need for three remotes to use Roku, tv and dvd player. Keep marriage together! Easy to use, easy to set up and program, so far, great product. Works well with Roku, tv and dvd player.

Nice remote. Easy to set up device. But some functions do not work as they say. I guess it just takes a learning curve to figure out what button does what. Miss my original remote as it was so much easier to get to where I want.

It is cheap and works just as well. I bought this remote controller because my original LG remote controller stopped working. This one works perfectly well for me. I would highly recommend this product!

It is super easy to use and the paper has literally all the types of tvs you can have. Highly recommend.
