    Samsung remote gave out. Universal functions are very good, just a little tricky to go back to main menu on smart hub apps.

    It works just fine. I bought it as a present for myself, just in case I lose the original remote. The customer service representative was great. He was professional and had an pleasant attitude. I would definitely recommend best this retail store to my friends and family.

    This is a 3 device remote but it will not program a Roku and a Blu Ray player. The streaming button will recognize them but it is one or the other. I'm using it just for the roku, but it's still a good product.

    I got a blu-ray player second hand and the remote had been lost. This is a great replacement, and I really like the lighted buttons. I wish there was a button to open the disc tray but it's not that big of an issue since you have to get up to put in or take out the disc anyway.
