My great dane ate my remote for my DVD, and I purchased this universal remote. It was economical and functional.

Basic remote control. Had no issues setting it up.

Before this remote, we had a remote for the cable, a remote to change the input and we lacked a remote to control DVD menus. This remote takes on all three of those functions so it's definitely worth the investment. It works with most TVs but check the back of the case just to be sure.

Its a remote and it works fine. Its a little difficult to program. Nothing to write home to mom about.

Got this for my mom’s TV and it works OK. I wish the buttons would be a little bit more responsive. Other than that fine remote for price.

Works great with any component I use this remote with my smart tv great signal responds very quickly.

Good , but not compatible with all devices as manufacturer mentioned. Only complaint with Apple TV. It doesn't function all buttons .

while this is a great remote its doesn't work with the ROKU device when you need to change channels this remote can't do this.

Well I did like the remote but unfortunately the TV burnt out very soon after I purchased said remote so it’s of no use to me as of today.

Easy setup but many controls don't do what they're supposed to... Simple ones like "play" or "ff" just don't no matter what you try.

This remote works, it’s a little challenging for older people in their 60’s to figure out how to program. After the device is programmed, no problems.

Easy to pair up with my tv... most functions on the remote do not work

I needed a remote for an inherited Samsung DVD player and am delighted I selected the RCA universal remote. I quickly found the correct DVR code to make this work and ALL the DVR features are easily controlled. This is a terrific product for the money.

It worked but at some point I had to reset the settings on the remote to get it working again

It may be a great remote, but it is so hard to program that I have tried to program it for 2 different devices (Smart TV and DVD player) with no luck. I can almost get it to work, but it has never fully completed the process. Also, the code list is not attached to the packaging or instructions and has gotten lost. I cannot find the code list online either, so now I am left with auto-search or manually trying EVERY possible code.
