We've had one of these remotes for years and recently purchased this one for another TV and cable box. It's simple to set up, easy to use and rarely needs new batteries. The light at the bottom is kinda pointless in my opinion, as it doesn't light up the entire remote, but not a reason to leave any negative feedback.

Easy to use, excellent features and good quality and price

If your looking for a simple remote that’s easy to operate with normal functions and no bells and whistles, this is it. Works great, easy set up and very well priced.

Really the costumer service at Best Buy in HR has always been overall excellent. In my previous purchases the service exceeded in service as well as earlier purchases. I’m an elderly woman and love the attention they provide elders. You don’t find that everywhere. I hope that the foregoing helps to replicate the service in other stores ! Thank you.,

Worked perfect. Got it first try. Back botton will force you to main menu. Depending on the TV. I have a Vizio.

I like this universal remote because the remote that came with my television died on me too soon than I would have expected. It works well with my Vizio but it can be difficult to get the codes to work out.

We lost the remote to our old Dynex TV, and this remote paired easily in less than a minute. We haven’t had any issues using it, and the back light is helpful at night.

this remote is very handy. We have a big screen with a surround sound system. It controls it all down to 1 remote... instead of 2 or 3

The universal remote work great for our 10 years flat tv. This remote works just like the original remote, so don't have to buy the original. I recommend this to anybody who need a replacement.

Bought this on a whim one night for use with my RCA TV. It is a 1997 CRT, and surprisingly, this remote supports all functions including the menu! Glad they support their old products haha

The Best Adequate replacement for my original remote.

We purchased this remote as a replacement for an older Toshiba flat screen remote, meaning not a smart tv just basic. We really just needed volume control. It works for that. It did not work well with the Apple TV; you can't flip between menus well and there is no option to launch an app. It also does not work well with the optimum cane box; same as Apple TV there were issues with getting the advanced menus like on demand to launch - you can't. It does not work. So while programmed, it's use is volume control only. But I should say no issues with the TV set itself. Works with the tv with no problem. I recommend for tv use only. No other devices.
