    I found it didn't work with one of the devices in my living room even though the directions and packaging clearly indicated otherwise. The remote was otherwise well built and easy to program for all my other devices

    It said in the description that it was backlit. Only the round part where the arrows are is lit when you press the button at the bottom of the remote, which doesn't light up anymore.

    After making about a dozen attempts myself, I handed it over to someone who deals with technology-gen z person. They got it working for about 2 hours and then disconnected again. So no one has had any luck in connecting this control to my LG tv. 3 peopl ehave tried and all have the same result. It works for a couple of hours and then requires re-pairing. Def. not worth the nmoney.

      Hi Battymom – We're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had. Based on what you described, one common issue could be the source selection. This remote requires you to press the correct device button (TV, SAT/CBL, STRM, or AUX) before use, which tells it which device you're trying to control. If this step is missed, it may seem like the remote has disconnected or stopped working. This model doesn’t use Bluetooth, so once programmed, it shouldn't require any re-pairing.
