Replacement for an RCA TVs remote.

However I bought this RCA universal remote to operate the TV with, and all it does is turn it on, change the channel and raise and lower the volume. I cannot control any other function using this remote. lol Maybe because my old RCA is to out dated for it, i dont know. But Ive had another brand work fine on this Tv so not sure what to make of this.

With older TVs like your 2011 RCA model, universal remotes can still work, but it’s often necessary to try multiple setup codes to get full functionality beyond just power and volume. Each code may provide a slightly different set of supported commands, so we always recommend testing all available codes for your TV brand during setup.

Fits my needs

Good for general use

I tried using it on my smart TV that has a roku remote, and the left and right arrows/buttons don't work well. Sometimes it raises and lowers the volume, sometimes it doesn't do anything.
