Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a replacement remote for my tv so I came across this one I had some bestbuy cash to redeem and this one was the cheapest some of the features like the back button doesn’t work with my which makes for a difficult time when I need to back out of a program such as YouTube and others I wouldn’t buy again it’s a cheap poor quality remote.

Not all remotes have the sleep button and this one had it so I purchased it. Oddly enough, I assumed the source button would be compatible with my tv but it is not!! I can't change sources with this remote.

Posted .Hello Mb228c - Please ensure you are following the programming steps exactly as outlined in the manual, as proper procedure is key to successful setup. Our universal remotes are designed to work with a wide variety of brands and models; however, no universal remote can guarantee compatibility with every make and model. The auto code search feature may help find additional codes that are not listed in the manual.
Keep in mind this remote is compatible with most brands of TVs, DVD and Blu-ray players, streaming devices, and satellite boxes.

Unfortunately, if you have a smart tv, this doesn't do a whole lot of good if you use apps on your tv like Hulu or Netflix. Otherwise it is ok.
