No decimal point, Backlight not useful

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this for broadcast TV and I can't seem to locate any button that is a decimal point ( . ) Also the backlight only lights the ring in the center which is probably the easiest button to locate by touch, all the other buttons stay dark. I am forced to pick yes or no "recommend to a friend" My answer is no if you want to use it on broadcast TV, yes if not, a "maybe" or "depends" option would be nice

Almost does everything
