Posted .Hello, Our remotes are made to work with multiple brands, including Samsung. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee a specific model. Hopefully you did use the Auto Search function that will search for the correct code for the device you’re trying to control.

To go side to side I have to use the channel up and down. Up and down I have to use volume up and down. The rest of the buttons do nothing. Waste of money for me.

Poor quality remote

It could onnly do few things like volume, forward youtube etc. The remote only Worked for only 2 days. Tried changing batteries with no success

Epic Failure

Bought to replace brand Best Buy Roku remote which never worked with the tv it came with. Had to purchased additional updated Roku remote. Ridiculous mess. Get this fixed. Problem with TV remote

The sales lady recommended it but it wasn’t capable. Frustrating. Called back and someone I talked to knew the ROKU/TCL Tv that I bought at Best Buy said I had to go online to Amazon to order it
