Very difficult to use in my samsung TV.

So i bought it since my samsung tv remote is broken and i needed a new one quick. I have to say the setting up is hard it did not pair easy at all with my tv. And it does not work well in controlling the channel. I will not buy this brand again as supposedly universal remote.

Posted .Hello, Our remotes are made to work with multiple brands, including Samsung. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee a specific model. Hopefully you did use the Auto Search function that will search for the correct code for the device you’re trying to control.

Did not work with brand even though directions...

Trying to use it for a North Star Transport which uses a Phillips transport. Directions said it would "easily" learn but after 3 hours of trying multiply settings it would not work with my North Star. Returned remote following day.

To go side to side I have to use the channel up and down. Up and down I have to use volume up and down. The rest of the buttons do nothing. Waste of money for me.

Epic Failure
