    Tried pairing it with my samsung tv but never paired. It could onnly do few things like volume, forward youtube etc. The remote only Worked for only 2 days. Tried changing batteries with no success

    This universal remote didn’t work and I spent several hours. The sales lady recommended it but it wasn’t capable. Frustrating. Called back and someone I talked to knew the ROKU/TCL Tv that I bought at Best Buy said I had to go online to Amazon to order it

    This thing did not work very well after pairing my LG WebOS tv. I used this to replace the factory remote to at broke. The feature buttons and navigational buttons are not compatible. It was a was of my money.

      Hello Quino - Our remotes are designed to work with most major brands including LG. Unfortunately, sometimes not all functions/features are compatible.

    after 3 months of use, I can honestly say this was a waste of money. Doesn't keep it's memory. Creates more trouble than help which defeats the entire purpose of having a single remote. Just throwing away money on things like this.

    It says pairs automatically with Samsung TVs, but it doesn’t. I couldn’t even get this to pair any other way either and it has 4 different options. Most likely am going to take this back.
