The TV I have is very old. I went into Best buy and was able to find a decent replacement. Easy to set up. This was worth the value.

A Remote for All Reasons

Easy programming of the remote which operated all the Vizio’s functions. Also easily added my Sony DVD player to the programming.

In my previous purchases the service exceeded in service as well as earlier purchases. I’m an elderly woman and love the attention they provide elders. You don’t find that everywhere. I hope that the foregoing helps to replicate the service in other stores ! Thank you.,

Great all in one remote for IR receivers

I bought one before this and within 6 hours it took a huge dump, this one on the other hand is a beast. I wish the button lit up, but that’s more of a personal preference than an actual problem. Would highly recommend

Not able to access the menu to change picture mode, access WiFi, etc with this remote. But all the other features of the tv are accessible. Wish it had dedicated buttons for Netflix, Hulu, etc like roku remotes have. Backlight button doesn't light up all the buttons, only lights up the selector ring.

The directions were small but at least they were easy to understand. I purchased the remote at a good price too!

I was able to replay and rewind, but not advance or fast forward. Best Buy refused to refund the purchase price as I didn't try to return the remote until 66 days after purchase.

Posted .Hi Lynn – We do not set return policies; these are determined by Best Buy. For proper operation, please make sure the remote is set to the correct source/device. All universal remotes may not provide every function available as did your original remote, be sure to try all the codes listed in the manual. A different code can sometimes add more features than a previous code.
