useful, easy to navigate channels and Netflix battery last long time has a light that can be useful in the dark to change your channels, compatible with my LG tv fast and easy to connect overall is a good remote that will last you a long time, I recommend it.

I googled universal remotes and thought that I had to spend time finding the right television code for the remote to work. This remote found it for me. Just had to turn on TV and it worked. Easiest thing I did all day.

Great replacement remote for an older model tv. Controls the Firestick too. Great value, the instructions made it easy to setup but going through multiple codes was tiresome.

I got this for a “TV” that turned out to be a computer monitor with no IR receiver that would allow a remote to work with it. Since I was trying to set up something that was never going to work, I ended up using all 3 methods in the instructions to try to get it to work; so if you do need a remote that can connect to multiple audio/video components with relatively easy setup, this will work but make sure the device has the ability to receive the remote signals first ;)

This remote is compatible with my HiSense that I also purchased from Best Buy! It is very easy to install, connect, and use. Been using for 2 years and there has been no rust despite water spillage and being left outside (weather). Great price! Durable and reliable, indeed!

My remote control broke and I needed a universal remote quickly so I could turn off the television. I was able to buy this with the help of the salesperson and it worked great!

This is a great universal remote for the price. It has alot of options for Smart TVs it can work with and was so easy too set up and use. Really like the bigger size of the remote as it is harder too misplace and lose and the buttons and functions of it are easy to use as well. The light of of the remote is also really bright which we liked as it is easy too see and use in the dark. Would recommend for the great price, quality and ease of use compared to other brands.

Bought this to use in the break room at work, a replacement for one someone absconded with. Took just a minute or two to set up.

I bought two of these to supplement my two Samsung remotes that lack physical number buttons for keying in cable channels. I used the auto programming for major brands but that gave me a remote that was barely functional. I reprogrammed using the manufacturer-specific codes and got full functionality on the first code I entered.

Works pretty well, although I'm still not entirely sure if I actually got the right code for my TV since some buttons don't work, but I did manage to get it to do what I wanted.

I mean you get what you pay for, but easy set-up, found my ancient TV code easily, and works just fine. Why pay more!

Works as intended. Easy directions to follow, took no time at all to get an old Blu Ray player responding to all necessary commands. Only downside is wish they'd included an eject button on the remote. That said, it really just a very minor niggle, at least for me. We need a reason to get out of our chairs, right? You have to get up to get the disk out and put a new one in, anyway.

The price was just right and does exactly what I want to to do which is control a 10-year-old Sanyo non-smart TV as well as a Sony DVD player and at least one other device I think is a VCR at the moment but also is reprogrammable to be anything else we might decide to put on the main Family TV
