Very low price for an excellent remote. The only reason I’m buying a new one is because we lost our other one. If I weren’t for that we would of had another couple years with this one very good quality the buttons are position perfectly for a very organized remote. not hard to use at all for all the old folks.

I have to admit I am pleasantly surprised with this little remote. It handles very well. Every once in a while I might have to press a button twice I guess it’s just interference or I’m not pointing in the proper area but for the most part, it works very well I am happy with it. The only thing that I’m not happy with and I guess it was my fault I should’ve read the bio a little more,it said backlit but when you press the button, only the middle part lights up which is useless because at night in the dark, I need the whole remote to light up, so that’s why I can’t give it five stars but for the most part and for the price it’s a pretty decent remote.

My remote control broke and I needed a universal remote quickly so I could turn off the television. I was able to buy this with the help of the salesperson and it worked great!

Great remote easy setup low cost....The whole package

I thought I would have to spent about $75.00 to replace a lost remote, to my surprise not like the old ones it didn't have to be programed. I just put the batteries in and it's already programed and the price was $20.00. It's a big difference and it works very good. No I didn't have an RCA T.V.

Lost the remote to the Vizio. It was a tumultuous time. Up and down. Back and forth. Oh wait- the Vizio ain't got NO BUTTONS. It's a boat anchor. Or, it was going to be. Best Buy had this guy. Was real easy to program. Mildly surprised. Seemed like a company that had the gall to delete onboard controls would also have the stones to not share remote codes/protocols with aftermarket entities. Who knows, maybe they didn't and RCA just figured it all out on their own. Now I lazily cycle through video sources with confidence, tweaking volume and picture controls just however I fancy. Change the channel? Yup. Advanced menu? Of course. Well worth the money. This couch potato can now soften and sprout freely.

Remote control to television in kitchen was very hard to press the buttons on it and I got tired of pressing and nothing happened so I use this control in the kitchen.

Remote works well, but is confusing for my parents (this was a replacement for their old one which had less buttons). This was one of the "easier" compatible remotes we could find. I'm sure for others it would be fine.

Struggled a bit at first to get it to connect to my TV but once it was figured out, it has been working perfectly fine ever since!!!!

I tried the Logitech Harmony One and another Logitech Harmony brand before buying the el cheapo RCA remote. I put hours into trying to get the Logitech remotes to work on my PS3, Roku and Coby TV. I won't go into detail about those remotes. The fact is that this remote took maybe 10 mins to program and that's only because I read the instructions. I had to do no programming of specific buttons to match my original Coby remote. It does everything I used on that remote with the same names on 1 try. The reason it gets a 4 is me being very over critical. For the Roku, yes it worked first try but it does not have some of the Roku buttons that make the Roku remote easier to use but it works. IT WORKS

This product is easy to use and it will work with any type of television. Set up was a breeze

It works, relearning the buttons in the dark was challenging. She’s sleeping and I can’t change the channel. The light on this remote sucks. Update, I found my old remote (OLED pointer) life is good again.

Great room many options to pair with multiple devices to stream into one the only thing the number buttons don't work on streaming like DirecTV stream

Very easy to program. Good size buttons and I liked how they glow in the dark
