This remote not only took care of that issue, it also works for my DVD player. This was a very valuable - and not expensive - purchase.

It's a remote

It's difficult to find a good replacement remote for some off brand television sets and this one does the job well. Don't even need the direct tv remote most of the time. A+

I was not sure that it would work because it's very cheap . But I am happy that it's all set for my tv . I like this remote.
