Easy install

Since you have to choose a code from the list they give you. Might not always be the case for everyone though. Love how it gives you a list of different TVs you can conneect the remote with

Does the job well on old Element 720 TV

Fine but won't work with AV receivers

A word of caution: if you need it for an AV receiver it won't work. I only found out after getting it home and realizing receivers are not included in one of three devices it can link to. I had to return it because of the AV receiver issue. Otherwise it worked fine. I did state I'd recommend it because of the lower price.
