Great Universal Remote

Remote Purchase

We were very happy to be able to find the same brand (although an updated model) at Best Buy. The best part of the purchase was the employees. I walked in and the greeter asked what I needed, so I showed him my old remote. He pointed to the area where I would find them and told me where to go then added that he would have someone meet me there. Voila, a person walked up to me before I arrived and assisted me. The whole trip took about 3 minutes. Great!
