This one does, however, you have to find the one button on it that activates the illumination first. It is itself illuminated dimly so that you can find it in the dark, however it must be very dark for you to see it. A good remote overall, though.

Great Replacement

It has one power button and to turn off each device you need to press the device button, then the power button. Unfortunately this not easily understood by mother.

All buttons don't function properly, i.e. the input button mutes the tv.
