Good value for high quality pic delivery

Posted .FrankK, indoor reception depends completely on the broadcast signal strength inside your home. If the signal isn’t strong indoors, no antenna will be able to display channels. Also, if a channel scan wasn’t performed through the TV’s menu, no channels will appear even if a signal is present. For your refund, the Best Buy customer service team can provide you with an update.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your experience, Sandy. The number of channels received is dependent on the signal strength at your location and any obstructions that might be affecting reception. To improve signal quality, we recommend placing the antenna near a window, away from electronics that may cause interference, and ensuring that a full Channel Scan has been completed through the TV’s menu settings. Regarding cord length, if needed, an RG6 coaxial cable extension can be used to provide additional placement flexibility.
