Posted .If no channels appeared, it’s almost always because you did not perform a brand new channel scan through your TV menu settings. The instruction manual and Quick Start Guide included in the antennas package both explain that this step is required—your TV will never show any channels unless you run the channel scan after connecting the antenna. Try placing the antenna high up or near a window facing your local broadcast towers, fully uncoil the cable, and run the scan again. Posted .Thank you for sharing your experience, Sandy. The number of channels received is dependent on the signal strength at your location and any obstructions that might be affecting reception. To improve signal quality, we recommend placing the antenna near a window, away from electronics that may cause interference, and ensuring that a full Channel Scan has been completed through the TV’s menu settings. Regarding cord length, if needed, an RG6 coaxial cable extension can be used to provide additional placement flexibility.
