If you open up the FCC site, you can discover the expected reception for various stations in your area, this device was not able to meet these expectations. Kept for the low cost of ownership. A few channels for an indefinite future is worth the $20.00

It's ok but very hit and miss. I have it in a window facing south (checked HDTV website for best results) and doesn't pick up half the stations listed in my area. I am less than 30 miles away.

Sales associate recommended this over cheaper antennas. Glad he did. I get 18 digital and HD channels in guest room.

I've been pleased with this. It is able to get very strong HD signal. My only complaints are that 1) it has trouble when the weather is bad, which I was disappointed in and 2) when I turn to a channel, I often have to play with it a while before I find the sweet spot. Once I do though, the signal is as good as cable.

I couldn't afford cable anymore so this was the only way to get reception. I purchased a more expensive antenna for the living room that works great also but I needed a smaller version for the bedroom and this has worked for me, I have all the local channels plus some I never heard of! No more cable bills for me!

Good antenna, but it gets better reception at one place in the house than another. You will have to move the rabbit ears around to get it into the optimal position. In Raleigh, NC, I receive approximately 20 channels. Well worth the price for standard channels (PBS, ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX, plus a few others).

It works well enough for what I needed it for, but I would maybe suggest you get a different one if you are going to use this as your only source of TV.

Basic, simple and good for the price. Inexpensive solution and works just fine.

This has been a great help in receiving a better signal. Some areas of the house are not as receptive as others and now we receive a much better signal.

Free tv floating around us. This device has decent reception and a great picture.

The antenna is not "high end", but does exactly what it is supposed to do. Plugged it in, ran channel auto search and was surprised by the number of channels this thing pulled in. Needed to adjust the antenna a bit to get the best picture, but I believe you would have to do the same with the pricey high end antennas.

Quite simply it works as intended. Easy setup, great price, excellent reception on our HDTV for local channels. It works better than we had hoped! Well worth the $$. Wished we had purchased long ago. Thank you Best Buy and RCA for a quality product.

This antenna is easy to install and use. Reception is excellent in my area and pulls in all available channels.

I would not admit that the item is bad as it seems to have the potential to work but just did not work for me in North Raleigh in my downstairs living room. Seems the towers are to the South in my home and I just never received the reception I needed/wanted but some channels came in fine. I have a different antenna in my upstairs room that works well which is why I knew I was missing some channels in the room downstairs. The antenna upstairs does not work as well downstairs either which is why I don't fault this antenna.....probably the space downstairs is the issue.

Works pretty well... But sometimes you have to play with th bunny ears to get a better signal... For the price, works great for ur local channels,,,

This antenna works fairly well and allows me to receive several stations without subscribing to cable although signal reception is very spotty at times

A little pricy but easy to install and worked well immediately

This was easy to set up, and for the price it is a great unit. We still have trouble getting reception with a couple of stations only 30-35 miles from here, which is why I got the antenna in the first place. I may have to resort to the next model up.

This antenna seems great for one channel at a time. Each channel seems to require the antenna to be relocated or adjusted. Annoying. If you are not super close to a TV transmitter, spend the extra money and get a more powerful antenna.
