An extension cord may have alleviated this, but I don't have one. From the confines of the surface area of my TV stand I could not get all of the national networks to come in equally well from any position. Each position I tried might have made one station come in great but it was at the cost of another. This could easily be from where the limitations of where I could place the antenna, but it just didn't work for me.

Nice basic antenna
