I tried a non-amplified antenna at first but couldn't get a good enough reception to watch TV. Exchanged for this one which is powered. With a little bit of antenna adjustment, I was able receive all the channels. Definitely recommended if you live in an area with bad tv reception.

The antenna gives a clear picture and it is great for picking up more channels than I had before.

This antenna does everything you want it to. The extra boost helps with the clarity of the signal. Better than my non electric antenna.

Reception is improved enough to gain 3 channels over our last antenna. Who needs cable when you can get the local stations with this.

it is a great antenna.it pick up most Baltimore channels but it does not pick up an DC channels.We are in range of the DC channels.

This was the first time I purchased this type of antenna. I am pleased with how it is working and of course the set up was simple.

This is the best Antenna I ever purchased. If you have an HD TV without Cable, this is for you! All channels come in very clear!

This is my first amplified antenna I was surprised by the signal strength. Not as good as I thought it would be but it does the job.

I purchased an amplified antenna this time around, having gone the non-amplified route with another TV. It does make a difference under similar circumstances: non-amplified got me 20 OTA stations (mainly directional from the antenna location), amplified gets me 36 (from all over the metro area and beyond). As I'm living in an apartment, the set-top antenna was my best option for OTA signals. If and when I move to a house, I'll probably splurge for the amplified outdoor antenna if only to gain more stations (and maybe better reception) and get rid of the ever-present rabbit ears.

This small antenna is positioned above the TV set and brings in all the major networks and other stations as well. We like it.

Great price, but I sometimes have to tinker with the angle of the antennae to reduce tiling. Otherwise, I get great reception.

I got this because I don't want to pay for satellite, I get all the networks with it.

This was very easy to setup and it really captured more channels than I anticipated.

It works pretty well for the price and what we are after. I dont get all of the channels I wish I did but I get the main ones.

For the price it works really well. i have tried other indoor antenna that cost 4 times more and did not do as good of a job
